The form can be filled out online, saved to your computer, then attached to an email to the department on the header. Adobe Reader (free download) is needed to view and fill out the form.

The Historic Preservation Commission is now charging an application fee for HPC Administrative Approvals. The fees are the same as for Public Hearing approvals.
